Zero Together

Zero Together brings together a broad range of perspectives and experience to work towards a shared goal of moving Dublin away from fossil fuels as soon as possible.

Overview

Zero Together aims to address the energy transition at a regional level by bringing together a broad range of perspectives and experience to work towards a shared goal of moving Dublin away from fossil fuels as soon as possible.

Between 2019 and 2021, Codema recruited a team of 20 individuals representing a range of sectors such as transport, public bodies, energy, NGOs and business. This team came together over a series of workshops to identify a vision for Dublin in 2050, barriers to achieving that vision and key actions to address the barriers. This collaborative process supported the development of the draft Zero Together roadmap which, using the best available evidence, articulates what we need to do as a region to reduce our emissions in line with our national targets. This project has been supported by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), the EU Horizon 2020 TOMORROW project, the four Dublin Local Authorities and the Dublin Metropolitan Climate Action Regional Office (CARO).
