About the project
Dublin City Council (DCC) lead and coordinate the development of the Dublin District Heating System.
In the past, Codema has provided development support to the Dublin District Heating System project team through advice on policy, district heat development planning, technical considerations, demand risk, quality assurance, and assessment of extension opportunities, among other aspects. Codema remains a project stakeholder and project supporter, providing assistance as required to Dublin City Council.

Heating the buildings of the wider docklands area sustainably and affordably
Making use of ‘wasted’ or ‘excess’ heat from the Dublin Waste to Energy plant
When completed, will be the largest district heat system in Ireland
