Overview
One of our key areas of expertise in Codema is the development, management and reporting of EU and nationally-funded projects. We have 27 years experience leading and participating in projects from various European and Irish funding streams across a diverse range of energy and climate related topics. We are experts in project idea development and application writing, and we have experience participating in and leading established consortiums. All our projects aim to support our overall strategy and enable us to undertake research, develop low-carbon solutions, advise on emerging climate policy and ensure value for money for the four Dublin Local Authorities.

Our Project Facilitation team are experts in application writing, project management and reporting, and we have partnered with a wide network of Irish and European organisations in the delivery of several projects.

Project facilitation
We not only participate and lead projects, we also pride ourselves in the role of facilitator, enabling projects to run smoothly, problem solving and stakeholder engagement. In fact, we see this as one of the most important roles we can play to help Dublin reach its climate and energy targets.
