Two award wins and two ESG award shortlistings for Codema

In the PwC Business Post Sustainable Business Awards 2025, we were nominated in two separate categories for the following awards – Codema itself was nominated in the Social and Equality Business of the Year category, and Codema’s CEO Donna Gartland was nominated – and won – in the Social and Equality Business Leader of the Year category.
Established in 2022, the PwC Business Post Sustainable Business Awards recognise leadership, innovation, investment and ingenuity in the areas of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).

Codema was also shortlisted for the Business and Finance ESG Awards, in the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Initiative category.
The Business and Finance ESG Awards celebrate those actively striving to address and progress ESG issues in their organisation. With a variety of categories, the awards will showcase the successes of ESG initiatives, examples of best practice and highlight the importance of transparency in this area.
