Codema's CEO wins Social and Equality Business Leader of the Year Award

We are proud to announce that our CEO Donna Gartland has been named Social and Equality Business Leader of the Year at the 2025 PwC Business Post Sustainable Business Awards.

This award recognises outstanding leadership in driving social impact, equality and inclusion within an organisation and beyond. Donna’s visionary approach to embedding social sustainability into every aspect of Codema’s work — including the introduction of our four-day work week and a gender-neutral paid family leave policy — played a key role in this recognition of her leadership since she took up the role of CEO of Codema in 2020.

The PwC Business Post Sustainable Business Awards celebrate companies and leaders making meaningful contributions to a more sustainable and equitable future. The ceremony, held on the 20th of March, highlighted innovation, resilience and leadership across a wide range of sectors.
