Imagine life at an organisation that is progressive enough to think beyond the rigid, nine-to-five mindset. Where you have the trust and flexibility to set your own hours, based on a work-life balance that best suits your needs.

A job where performance is based on the quality of outputs, not the amount of hours spent at a desk.

Where you’re not a faceless employee; you’re a valued member of a diverse and inclusive team that celebrates your unique contributions. Your ideas are not just welcomed, but actively encouraged, fostering an environment where personal and professional growth thrive together.

Where your talent, skills and expertise are appreciated by co-workers who are enthusiastic, supportive and always good craic (and we mean always).

Where Fridays are a time to recharge and pursue passions outside of work, ensuring a fulfilling work-life balance that extends beyond the office walls.

An organisation that recognises that life can be unpredictable, offering the flexibility to adapt to whatever situations come your way.

And, above all, waking up every morning knowing that you are working for a not-for-profit, public-good organisation, where everything you do will contribute to reducing emissions to protect our future and our environment, and enhance the everyday lives of our citizens.

Welcome to life at Codema, where your work truly makes a difference.

Quotes from staff about life at Codema:

Codema is a great place to work. Encouraging, motivating, progressive and inclusive, I really like working with the team here and enjoy my working life. I feel part of something bigger, working together towards changing Dublin for the better.  The 4-day working week is also a plus!

The 4-day week doesn’t come without its challenges but I think it’s great. The balance of the week is a lot better. You have four days where you are probably working at a higher intensity but come the weekend, you have more time to recharge.
