Think Energy at Work

Think Energy is a staff energy awareness campaign to inform and inspire local authority employees to become more energy efficient by understanding more about the building that they work in and learning how their own behaviour can play a significant role in reducing the building's overall energy demand.

Think Energy began as a pilot project in Dublin City Council's Civic Offices in 2013 and, between 2014-2015, was extended out to the Dublin City Public Library Network. Think Energy was then launched in South Dublin County Council's County Hall in 2016, in partnership with the OPW’s Optimising Power @ Work initiative. This included a range of activities and events to help staff become more energy aware throughout the year.

DLRCC's staff energy awareness campaign is supported by Codema under the Think Energy umbrella.

Codema's Think Energy campaign can also extend to Fingal County Council.
