We are delighted to announced that Codema will host an Energy Performance Contracting Information Seminar & Facilitator Training Workshop on Tuesday, 13th October in the Morgan Hotel from 9.45am - 4pm.

The morning session will run from 9.45am - 1pm and offers a great opportunity to be introduced to the concept of Energy Performance Contracting and to learn about EPC projects that are currently being developed in Ireland, including case studies from Dublin City Council, the Irish Prison Service and Dublin Port Company.

This afternoon session from 2pm - 4pm will deliver EPC facilitator training to public sector organisations, local authorities, energy agencies, building managers and energy services companies that want to learn how they can develop a potential EPC project and understand what is involved in turning this potential into a real project.  This facilitators training will be hosted by Reinhard Ungerböck of Graz Energy Agency in conjunction with Codema's Executive Engineer Joe Hayden.

Codema is hosting this seminar through its involvement in the European Energy Services Initiative (EESI2020), which is co-funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe Programme of the European Union. The EESI2020 project seeks to address the need of 20% energy savings in Europe through a broader use of Energy Performance Contracting, which was identified as an important tool for the refurbishment of buildings and for the upgrade of public infrastructures.

If you want to learn more about Energy Performance Contracting, this is an event not to be missed so make sure you register here to book your place.
